Loss in Transit
Please notify us immediately if your order has not arrived by the agreed delivery date. If notification is not made within 2 working days of the agreed delivery date, we will not be able to accept a claim for goods lost in transit.

Damaged Goods/Missing Items
All parcels must be checked prior to signing the delivery note. If there is any damage to products, or missing items, this must be advised on the delivery note and reported to Lloyd Lawn & Leisure within 2 working days. We reserve the right to reject claims for damaged and missing items if the above procedure is not followed.

Faulty Goods
Defective items other than Garden Machinery will be replaced or refunded after inspection provided that we are notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery. Any warranty given will commence from the date of the invoice. Claims for faulty products will be limited to the value of the product, and no claims for any consequential loss arising from the use of faulty products will be accepted.

Guarantee
To guarantee your satisfaction we only supply the best machinery from the most established manufacturers in the industry. All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty, 1 year unless otherwise stated. If a problem arises with any of your products within this timeframe Lawn & Leisure will be happy to examine your product for you. If we believe the problem to be due to misuse or neglect of the product rather than a manufacturing fault, we are likely to refuse to carry out repairs free of charge. The shipping to and from Lawn & Leisure is the customers responsibility. We will provide you with any manufacturers Service Hotline numbers should you require them. The terms and conditions under which we supply goods to you do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing that they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified within 2 working days of delivery. We will credit 70% of the value of the returned items less the cost of return and delivery carriage. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been thoroughly inspected.

Payment Terms
Payment terms are payment in full by credit / debit card prior to despatch of order.

Risk & Title
Risk of damage to the goods supplied passes to the customer on delivery. Title to the goods shall not pass until Lloyd Lawn & Leisure has received cash or cleared funds in full payment for all monies due and outstanding for goods sold to the buyer.

Consequential Loss
Lloyd Lawn & Leisure will accept no responsibility for loss of profits, incidental expenses or any consequential loss attributable to defects in material or delay in or non-delivery of goods.
